Sample our Group Fitness Classes
Have you ever wanted to try one of our group fitness classes, but just didn’t know which one to try first? Well now is your chance! In January, we will be having a few sample class days – where you can try (5 to 10 minutes) of each of our fitness classes to see which ones are the right fit for you! If you don’t know the differences between classes, these taster size examples will allow you to try a sample without the commitment of a full class. We’ll bring what’s unique and special about each format, you bring water and a towel. Check out our class schedule, whether you’re a weekend, morning or night person – we have times specifically made for you.
